Nope, not for Monday and Wednesday Sessions! All sessions are office-friendly and can be done in regular workwear.
On the Friday sessions wear clothes you move freely in and roll out a yoga mat or towel -
For chair-based or desk sessions—no mats needed.
For mat-based yoga, we recommend one mat per person. If your team doesn’t have mats, a towel works too!

No need for activewear. Just wear comfortable work clothes you can move in—something you'd feel fine sitting, stretching, or standing in.
The Monday and Wednesday sessions are specifically designed to be done in office attire. -
We keep the sessions bit size to fit into your workday. 20 minutes on Monday and Wednesday at 12.30pm QLD time and monthly on Friday at 1pm

Recordings and short summaries are shared after every session.

This is a shared program across multiple organisations. Sessions are guided and professional, with no breakout rooms or team interaction.
If you'd prefer a private session tailored to your team, we’d be happy to organise this separately.
