Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not much at all! Sessions can be held in a meeting room, open office area, boardroom, or even outside. We’ll adapt the session to suit your space—whether your team is in-person, online, or hybrid.

  • For chair-based or desk sessions—no mats needed.

    For mat-based yoga or Pilates, we recommend one mat per person. If your team doesn’t have mats, let us know—we can bring them or help you source affordable options.

  • No need for activewear. Just wear comfortable work clothes you can move in—something you'd feel fine sitting, stretching, or standing in. Many of our sessions are specifically designed to be done in office attire.

  • Most sessions run for 30–45 minutes, but we can tailor this to your schedule—from quick 15-minute movement breaks to full-hour wellbeing sessions.

    We even run wellbeing days and retreats!

  • Yes! We run sessions via Zoom, Teams, or your preferred platform. They’re great for hybrid and remote teams and just as interactive as our in-person offerings.

  • We offer Yoga, Pilates, Desk & Office Stretches, and Mobility sessions. You can choose a single style or mix it up across a wellbeing program.

  • Definitely. We regularly support events like R U OK? Day, Mental Health Month, EOFY resets, and Wellness Weeks. We also provide marketing materials to help promote the session internally.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are beginner-friendly and inclusive. No experience (or flexibility!) is required. We guide each session with options for all levels and all bodies.

  • Easy! Just get in touch with your preferred date, location (or online platform), and session style—or book a free consult and we’ll help tailor a program to suit your team.
