Case Study
-
In early 2024, Corporate Yoga Australia partnered with Cromwell Property Group to deliver a tailored 6-week workplace wellbeing program for a multi-tenant building of approximately 2,500 employees. The initiative aimed to foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture through accessible wellness activities—encouraging participation across all departments, roles, and fitness levels.
The program included a mix of onsite yoga, Pilates, chair yoga, and guided meditation, with both employer-funded and subsidised sessions to ensure equity and accessibility for all staff, including facilities and service teams.
To support engagement, we created a custom booking system, promotional video, and managed all internal communications and advertising. Due to strong feedback and uptake, the initial program evolved into an ongoing wellbeing hub, offering regular classes three days a week alongside seasonal challenges like a Winter Wellbeing Challenge to maintain momentum during quieter periods.
Additional offerings included sound baths, personal training, lunch and learn sessions, and wellbeing activations. Following the success of the Brisbane program, we expanded services to multiple sites across Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, supporting a national culture of wellbeing within the organisation.
-
We developed and delivered a fully tailored, accessible workplace wellbeing solution designed to meet the needs of a large, diverse workforce.
To maximise engagement, we created a custom online booking system, produced a professional promotional video, and managed all internal communications and wellbeing marketing. Our team also provided a friendly meet-and-greet presence in the foyer, handed out wellbeing giveaways, and shared weekly wellbeing emails to keep the program front of mind.
Thanks to strong participation and positive feedback, the initial short-term program evolved into an ongoing onsite wellbeing hub—featuring yoga, Pilates, zen thai relaxations session, chair yoga, meditation and mindfulness sessions three days a week, along with seasonal engagement strategies such as a Winter Wellbeing Challenge to maintain participation during traditionally quieter times.
-
We developed all relevant marketing materials and participated in a high-impact Open Day Activation, offering wellbeing talks and chair yoga to build excitement and raise awareness.
Ongoing promotion included foyer meet-and-greets, giveaways from local suppliers, weekly wellbeing emails, and a variety of themed challenges to maintain momentum.
A diverse range of activities was offered to engage employees of all fitness levels, roles, and interests—ensuring the program remained inclusive, visible, and well-attended.
-
To manage demand and attendance, we implemented a user-friendly booking system, making it easy for employees to reserve their spot in each class.
The initial 6-week pilot program offered 30-minute sessions—ideal for lunch breaks or a quick movement break during the day. The weekly schedule included:
3 Lunchtime Classes
2 Morning Classes
1 Afternoon Class
Sessions featured yoga, chair yoga, and meditation, designed to accommodate a wide range of physical abilities, energy levels, and workday routines.
As the program gained momentum, we expanded to offer 2–3 days per week of yoga, Pilates, guided meditation, and desk stretch and mobility sessions. Each session was 30 minutes, with the flexibility to combine two back-to-back sessions into a 60-minute extended class, allowing staff to customise their wellbeing experience during breaks. We also introduced before- and after-work classes to support broader access across teams and rosters.
To keep the program fresh and engaging, we regularly include lunch and learn sessions, seasonal challenges, and sound baths. At additional sites in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, we run tailored yoga programs designed to meet the specific needs and interests of those teams.
-
To keep wellbeing front of mind:
We ran regular foyer events with giveaways
Launched a Winter Wellbeing Challenge with prizes from local businesses
Offered participation incentives to encourage ongoing involvement
-
Due to the program’s success, the organisation has since expanded our services to multiple locations in Melbourne, Sydney, and a second Brisbane site. Our broader offering now includes:
Tailored 6-week yoga and Pilates programs
Body Fit classes and personal training
Sound Baths, Zen Thai Yoga, and Yoga Nidra
